Cancellation If a reservation is cancelled, a percentage of the deposit - which varies according to the notice period - is withheld as a penalty. All cancellation costs (transfer commission, etc) are borne by the customer. - Notifying more than 30 days in advance: 100% return of the signal. - Notifying between 16 and 30 days before the date of entry: return of 60% of the signal. - Notifying between 8 and 15 days before the date of entry: return of 40% of the signal. - Notifying 7 days before or not warning: there is no return of the signal.
